If you came from an advertisement
A sponsored link does not turn this host into a ticket desk, a payment page, or the operator. We still do not collect card numbers. We still do not sell tickets. The rules on this page apply whether you typed the address or followed an ad.
The network that showed the ad is not under our control. On this host we do not run advertising pixels, analytics suites, or social-network tags.
What we are not
Planning notes only. Not official visitor information. Not an offer of admission. Reservations, hours, and cabin complaints go to the operator on their channels. We cannot see or change their records.
What we collect
- The form. Name, email, message, time sent — so a reply is possible. Do not send card numbers, ticket files, or ID.
- Server logs. IP, browser, time, path. Hosting logs for uptime and abuse. Not advertising profiles.
- Cookies. See the Cookie Policy. No advertising or analytics pixels on this guide.
No newsletter. No reader accounts. No payment data, because there is no checkout.
Purpose
- Form data: your consent when you press send, for correspondence.
- Logs: operating and securing a public site.
- A strictly necessary cookie, if the host sets one: to deliver the page you asked for.
We do not use personal information for marketing, profiling, automated decisions, or sale.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Contact-form mail is not forwarded to any attraction operator.
A virtual-server host processes technical data only to keep the machine running. A lawful Canadian court order or authorised agency request gets only what it requires.
How long we keep it
Correspondence: as long as a reply or a short record needs — usually not more than twenty-four months, unless a complaint about the site itself requires longer. Logs rotate with ordinary hosting (weeks). Then we delete or anonymise.
Where it sits
We do not run a chain of marketing vendors. Hosting and DNS may use infrastructure outside British Columbia (a content-delivery network in front of the origin). That is delivery of public pages, not a trade in your details.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and, where it applies, British Columbia’s PIPA, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, see it, correct it, and withdraw consent for a stored form message (we delete it unless a legal claim requires keeping it). You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Write from the same address you used on the form, to [email protected], or use Contact. We aim to answer within thirty days.
Children, security, other sites
These notes are for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent who believes a child wrote in should tell us; we will delete it.
The public site is HTTPS. Mail sits on the server with ordinary access controls. Transmission is not perfectly secure. Do not send identity documents or payment details.
Links to maps or an operator’s site are convenience. Their policies apply there. This website is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any attraction or its operator.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means you have read the new version.
